The Teen Conservatory Program is based on the conviction that young actors, ages 14 to 18, can be trained with the same rigor and discipline as adults. Actors exercise all the aspects of craft required to achieve the highest professional standards: voice and speech, movement, improvisation, scene study, Shakespeare and acting technique. Young people are therefore acquainted not only with core elements of actor training but with the artistic, cultural and humanistic values that support a life in the theater.

HCA Faculty. At this time, we are not able to accept debit or cash each month on payment plans. A fun, exploratory class that encourages actors to take risks, make bold choices, and build confidence. This program is designed for students exploring acting for the first time, or with a recreational interest.
A 90 Minute acting class designed for children 8 - 12 years of age. Build confidence, learn to act and have fun while doing so. These classes are perfect for young children who want to try their hand at acting.
Breaking into acting is something many teens aspire to do, but few accomplish. Joining the school drama club and acting in a few plays is not enough to get you your big break. Becoming an actor requires a commitment of time and dedication, and a willingness to make major sacrifices for your future career. Take classes to improve your craft -- and do not focus solely on acting classes.
